Thank you for shopping at Revive My Vintage. Please take note of our return policy outlined below:

 

Please note that some items in our collection are vintage or pre-loved, and therefore may exhibit signs of wear and use. Unless otherwise specified, please carefully review the item description for its condition and any noted defects.

Please be aware that we do not accept refunds or returns due to change of mind.

 

Damages and issues

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email revivemyvintage@hotmail.com. You will need to provide clear photos or videos showing the damage to the item and its packaging. This helps us assess the issue quickly. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement if available, store credit, or a refund for the damaged item.

 

Exchanges
We do not accept exchange so please choose carefully.

DELIVERY NOT COLLECTED/RETURN TO SENDER

In the event that you are not home to receive your parcel, you may receive either a card, email or a text message to collect your package from your nearest Australia Post office. In some cases, you have 7 days to collect your parcel from the post office before they send it back to sender. If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you and you have the option to receive a refund (excluding shipping costs including those who received a free shipping promotion) or we will re-deliver it to you at an additional shipping cost to you.
